TESTIMONY AND WORK
I began as a lay worker and cofounder of the church "Baptist Fraternity" of Chiclayo (1994) where Missionaries Ken and Linda Bowie and Warren and Ruth Harris also attended. I was invited by the missionary Ken Bowie in 1998 to integrate the team of missionary workers who went by the name "North Coast" under the special project called "Rivers of Living Water" to develop the unified missionary ministry together with 5 pastors and 2 local missionaries to plant new churches in the harvest fields in the Departments of "The Liberty": Trujillo, Lambayeque (Chiclayo) and Piura under the declaration of vision and plan. Soon afterward, the missionary Ken Bowie was transfered to Chile and the team fell apart. As of June 2001, my wife and I with the missionary Lisa Taylor continued what we began in 1998. We have labored in the work of our Lord Jesus Christ since the beginning without any monetary compensation; although as of the beginning of the year 2007 we have received an offering given with love from First Baptist Church New Tampa.
We continue working with children, youth and adults in the small villages in the rural areas on the outskirts of Chiclayo, a work that my wife, Alicia and my children (Jill, 21; Allison, 16; and Bryan, 15) are also involved in. The church that we attend (Chacarilla) is a new work that was started by our ministry and we continue visiting the harvest fields with the volunteer missionary groups from the United States that come to help us in this grand assignment to evangelize and share the word of God with many people poor and humble that have never heard of Jesus. We work with love and dedication for the glory and honor or our Lord.
Coming from a family with the history of my ancectors, you could say that I am a descendent of a Catholic family. My Great-Grandfather was a priest in the Catholic Church, I was an officer in the Peruvian Army for 15 years, actively participating in the peacekeeping of my country combatting the terrorism of the "Shining Path". I had a free life to the point that I lived without God and without Law.
I was married in 1985 to Alicia, a child of God and I began to learn of Jesus Christ through my wife. In 1998, after 4 years of suffering by our oldest daughter, Jill, the debilitating and often fatal desease of Systemic Scleroderma, we received, by the grace of God, the health of our daughter, which became the beginning of our pact with the Lord and the promise to serve him until the end of our days. Glory to God.
To live with God and for God, is to live a life with purpose, full and happy.

Como Obrero Laico y cofundador de la Iglesia ¨Confraternidad Bautista¨de Chiclayo (1994) donde también se congregaban los Misioneros Ken y Linda Bowie, y Warren y Ruth Harris, fui invitado por el Misionero Ken Bowie en 1998 para integrar el equipo de trabajo Misionero denominado "Costa Norte", Proyecto especial ¨Rios de Agua Viva¨a fin de desarrollar el Ministerio Misionero en forma integral, conjuntamente con 5 Pastores y 2 Misioneros locales, con el propósito de sembrar nuevas iglesias en los campos blancos de los Departamentos de La Libertad (Trujillo), Lambayeque (Chiclayo) y Piura, de acuerdo a una declaración de Visión y Plan de trabajo.
Posteriormente el Misionero Bowie fué transferido a Chile y el equipo se desintegró. Es a partir de Junio del 2001 que venimos trabajando, mi esposa y yo, con la Misionera Lisa Taylor, como una continuación a lo iniciado en Enero de 1998.
Trabajamos en la obra de nuestro Señor Jesucristo desde el inicio de este Ministerio sin pago económico alguno, es a partir de Enero del año 2007 que recibimos una ofrenda de amor de la iglesia FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF NEW TAMPA. Actualmente seguimos trabajando con niños, jovenes y adultos de las pequeñas poblaciones del área rural de Chiclayo, labor en la que tambien están involucrados mi esposa Alicia y mis hijos Jill (22), Allison (17) y Bryan (15).
La iglesia local donde nos congregamos (Chacarilla) es una obra nueva iniciada por nuestro Ministerio y seguimos visitando los campos blancos con los voluntarios que vienen de los Estados Unidos para ayudarnos en esta gran tarea de evangelizar y compartir la palabra de Dios con mucha gente pobre y humilde y que nunca conocieron a Jesús. Estamos trabajando con amor y dedicación para la gloria y honor de nuestro Señor.
Como antecedentes de mi vida pasada podría decir que provengo de una familia católica, mi bisabuelo materno fué sacerdote en la iglesia Católica, fuí Oficial del Ejército Peruano durante 15 años, participé activamente en la pacificación de mi país combatiendo el terrorismo de ¨Sendero Luminoso¨, tuve una vida libertina y hasta cierto punto sin Dios y sin Ley.
Me casé en l985 con Alicia una hija de Dios y aprendí a conocer a Jesúcristo a través de mi esposa. En 1998 recibimos la gracia de Dios a través de la de la sanidad física para nuestra primera hija Jill quien venía sufriendo durante 4 años de una enfermedad sumamente peligrosa y que daña el sistema inmunológico, la Esclerodermia Sistémica, es así como se inicia nuestro Pacto con el Señor y el compromiso de servirle hasta el final de nuestros días.
